Every corner of the
St. Louis metro.
From our Florissant office at 580 N. Highway 67, we serve clients across the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. Forty-nine years in the same building, the same phone number, and a service map that covers fifty-plus municipalities across three Missouri counties.
One firm,
three county courthouses.
Our regular practice covers three Missouri counties — plus the City of St. Louis, which is a jurisdictionally separate independent city with its own 22nd Judicial Circuit. Each hub page below maps the courthouses, the municipalities, and the case types we handle there.

The questions St. Louis Metro residents and businesses ask most often. General information; specific facts always change the analysis.
What counties does David Naumann & Associates serve?
Our primary service area is the greater St. Louis metro: St. Louis County, the City of St. Louis, St. Charles County, and Jefferson County. We work out of a Florissant office and appear in courthouses across all four jurisdictions. David Naumann is licensed in Missouri.
How do I know if there's a city page for my town?
Browse the city list on this page — we maintain 50+ dedicated city pages plus four county hub pages. If your town isn't listed individually, the county page covers it. When in doubt, call (314) 831-9350 and we'll route you correctly.
Does it matter which city I live in when choosing a lawyer?
It matters mostly for the municipal-court work — a local attorney who appears in that specific city's court regularly has docket familiarity. For Circuit Court matters (felony, civil litigation, probate), the courthouse is the same regardless of which Missouri city in the county you live in.
Do you handle cases outside the St. Louis metro?
We focus on the four-county St. Louis metro. We do not practice outside Missouri. For matters in central or western Missouri, we can usually refer you to qualified local counsel.
What's the fastest way to get a consultation?
Call (314) 831-9350. Most calls are returned the same business day. The initial consultation is free, by phone or in person at our Florissant office.
